What to do asthma attack no inhaler?

My friend has asthma and sometimes forgets his inhaler. He had an attack a few days ago when he didn't have it, and it was really scary. What should one do in such a situation if there's no inhaler available?

Honestly, if it's a real asthma attack and no inhaler, you need to get medical help ASAP. But for mild tightness, sometimes slow, controlled breathing exercises like pranayama can help calm you down and open up airways a bit. Just remember, it's not a replacement for medicine in an emergency.

Oh god, that sounds really scary! Please, please don't wait if you're having trouble breathing. If you don't have your inhaler, you should go to the nearest hospital or call for an ambulance immediately. It's better to be safe than sorry with something like asthma.

Bro, forget home remedies. If you're having an actual asthma attack and no inhaler, you need to get to an emergency room pronto. This isn't something to mess around with, it can get serious very quickly. Don't delay.

My son has asthma, and it's always a scare. If his inhaler isn't working or he doesn't have it, we don't think twice, we rush him to the nearest clinic or hospital. Try to stay calm, sit upright, and loosen any tight clothing, but priority is always medical help.

Dude, if you're having an asthma attack and no inhaler, that's not a 'what do I do' situation, that's a 'dial 108 right now' situation. Seriously, don't try to google remedies, just get to a doctor or hospital. Breathing isn't optional, ya know?

Oh no, that sounds really scary! My friend has asthma too and she always says the most important thing is to stay calm and get help. If you don't have your inhaler, please go to the ER or a clinic immediately. Don't risk it, your breathing is super important!

While regular exercise and a good diet can help manage asthma long-term, an acute attack without an inhaler is an emergency. You need to seek immediate medical attention. Don't rely on anything else in that moment.
