What to do after vomiting?

I've been feeling nauseous all morning and just vomited. I'm feeling a bit weak now. What should I do to settle my stomach and get some energy back? Should I avoid certain foods?

Oh god, I know exactly how you feel. Vomiting is such an awful experience, makes you feel so weak and drained. Just try to rest for a bit, don't force yourself to eat immediately. Sip on some water after a while.

Haha, I always feel like a superhero after vomiting – like I just expelled all evil from my body! But seriously, just lie down. Maybe watch some mindless show. And no biryani for a few hours, okay?

Meri ek friend ko bhi bohot vomiting hoti thi. She always goes to Apollo for checkups. She told me the doctors there always say to rehydrate slowly and watch for signs of dehydration. If you have a family doctor, maybe just ask them quickly.

Oh no, hope you're feeling better now! 🙁 The best thing is to rehydrate slowly. Just small sips of water or maybe some nimbu pani if you feel up to it. And gentle food like khichdi later! Take care! 😊

Hey, it's alright. Just take it easy. Don't rush into eating or drinking anything heavy. Rest is super important. Slowly sip on some ORS if you have it, warna plain water bhi chalega. Listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs.

Be careful, yaar. Once I kept vomiting and didn't pay much attention, ended up very dehydrated and had to go to the hospital. If it's more than once or twice, or you feel very dizzy, best to consult a doctor. Don't take it lightly.
