What time of day do most heart attacks occur?

My uncle suffered a heart attack last month, and the family is quite concerned about heart health now. Someone mentioned that most heart attacks happen at a specific time of day. Is this true?

Yaar, actually, I heard early morning is when the risk is higher, like just after waking up. It's related to some body clock stuff, I think. Be careful, everyone.

It's scary to think about. That's why I always try to manage my health proactively, even if tests can be costly. Prevention is always better than huge hospital bills later.

Haan na, I also heard it's usually early morning hours. That's why it's so important to not stress too much and take care of your sleep. Small things make a big difference.

Research shows a higher incidence in the morning. It's a known medical fact. So, be mindful of any unusual symptoms, especially during those hours, and seek immediate help if needed.
