What time does the fever play?

My child has been having a recurring fever every evening for the past three days. It goes down with medicine, but then comes back. Is there a typical 'time' when fevers are usually higher, or does this indicate something specific?

I totally get how frustrating it is to have a fever. It drains your energy and spoils all your plans. Just focus on resting and recovering.

I've dealt with fevers many times. My tip: keep a cool cloth on your forehead and drink lots of warm water. Don't exert yourself at all, even if you feel a little better. Full rest is key.

During a fever, sometimes just gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) can help calm the body. Of course, only if you feel up to it. And always with proper rest, please.
