Honestly, I get so anxious when I or someone in my family has a fever. Does anyone else feel like that? It's like my mind just starts racing with all possibilities.

For a normal fever, I usually go for some simple home remedies like kadha or rest. But if it's high or not going down, pakka go see a doctor. Don't take chances with your health, haan.

Fever, ho na? It's so tricky sometimes. My dadi always said proper rest is key. And light food, haan. Hope you feel better soon.

If it's just a mild fever, I use my smart thermometer to track it and log it in my health app. It helps to see if it's going up or down. Also keeps a record for when you consult a doctor.

Arey beti, bukhar toh sabko aata hai. Tum bas garam paani piyo aur thoda aaram karo. Ghar pe maa log yahi kehte the. Jyaada mat socho.

Dude, don't stress too much about the fever. Take paracetamol, get some sleep, and hydrate. If it's still there tomorrow morning, then think about seeing a doc, okay?

I totally get how unsettling a fever can be. It throws your whole day off. Just remember to be kind to yourself and listen to what your body is telling you.

Fever time means bland food, right? But honestly, a little bit of comfort food like khichdi or some warm soup always makes me feel better. Just avoid anything too spicy or oily.

Keep an eye on the temperature, especially if it's over 100°F (38°C). Hydration is super important. And remember, fevers are usually a sign your body is fighting something off, so don't panic.

I can only share what I do. When I get a fever, I usually take a paracetamol and just try to rest. If it persists for more than a day or two, then I definitely see my family doctor.
