What tests check thyroid?

My sister has been feeling tired and gaining weight, and our family doctor suggested her thyroid might be an issue. What tests do they usually do to check the thyroid gland?

Ugh, thyroid tests. It's usually TSH, T3, and T4. Honestly, after staying up all night, I feel like my thyroid needs a full-time assistant. Just get the blood test done, no biggie!

Achha, thyroid. My favourite topic these days, haan! Mostly it's TSH, then Free T3 and Free T4. They poke you for blood, and then you get to know if your hormones are on a vacation. Just another chapter in 'getting older's greatest hits, I guess. 😴

Yeah, I was looking this up too! From what I found, the main ones are Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), and then the actual thyroid hormones, T3 and T4. Sometimes they do Free T3 and Free T4 as well. It's all just blood tests.

Thyroid tests are simple blood tests. They look for TSH, T3, and T4. My wife gets them done every year. Just go to any lab, give blood sample, report comes in a day or two. Then show to doctor for advice. It's not costly either.

It's usually TSH, Free T3, and Free T4 that they check. Has anyone else felt really tired before getting their thyroid checked, even when sleeping enough? I get so anxious about these things.

For thyroid, it's primarily TSH, T3, and T4 blood tests. I track my diet and workout routine, but sometimes hormone balance needs external checks. Good to get it done if you feel something's off; proper levels support energy for training.

Simple hai. Thyroid ke liye blood test hota hai. TSH, T3, T4 levels check karte hain. Doctor ko dikhao, woh likh dega test. Uske baad report dekh ke medicine shuru ho jaati hai, agar required ho.
