What temperature should be okay if your diabetic?

My sugar levels have been a bit high lately, and I'm trying to be extra careful. I heard diabetics need to be careful with temperatures. What body temperature range is considered okay if you are diabetic?

For those with diabetes, maintaining body balance is very important, just like in yoga. A normal body temperature for a diabetic person is the same as for anyone else, around 98.6°F (37°C). But if it deviates too much, either high or low, it can affect blood sugar. So be mindful and check with your doctor if you feel unwell.

The normal body temperature for a diabetic is the same as for non-diabetics, 98.6°F (37°C). Don't fall for any special 'diabetic temperature' theories online. If you feel unwell or have a fever, consult your diabetologist immediately. They will advise on medication and sugar monitoring.

Hey! So, for diabetics, the normal body temperature is actually the same as everyone else, around 98.6°F (37°C)! 😊 If you're running a fever (above 100.4°F/38°C), it's important to monitor your blood sugar extra carefully and chat with your doc! Stay cool! 😎

Oh, as if managing diabetes wasn't enough, now I have to worry about what temperature is 'okay'! Honestly, it's the same normal temp for everyone, around 98.6°F (37°C). But if you have a fever, your sugars can go haywire, so it's double trouble. Always call the doc if your temp is high or you feel off.

For diabetics, normal body temperature is the standard 98.6°F (37°C). The main thing is to be extra vigilant if you develop a fever (above 100.4°F or 38°C). Fevers can cause blood sugar levels to fluctuate significantly. Quick tip: keep your glucometer handy and consult your doctor right away if you get sick, they'll guide on medication adjustments.

My dad has diabetes and his doc always says his normal body temp is just like anyone else's, around 98.6°F (37°C). But if he gets even a slight fever, like 100°F (37.8°C), his sugar levels can go crazy. So the temperature itself is normal, but any deviation is a bigger deal for them.

I always get so worried about everything because of my diabetes. So, a normal temperature is still around 98.6°F (37°C) even if you're diabetic, right? But if I get a fever, does it affect blood sugar readings a lot? Does anyone else feel super anxious about fever when they have diabetes?

Having lived with diabetes for years, I can tell you that your normal body temperature should be the same as anyone else's, around 98.6°F (37°C). What's different is how a fever (anything above 100.4°F) impacts your blood sugar. It can make it spike! So, if you're diabetic and have a fever, monitor your sugars frequently, stay hydrated, and talk to your doctor about adjusting your medication if needed.
