I always get worried even if my temperature is 99. Sometimes I feel hot even at 99. Can anyone tell me if that's normal or just my anxiety? Is 100.4°F (38°C) the definite cutoff?
Generally, 100.4°F (38°C) or higher is considered a fever. Keep an eye on it.
Bhai, humare gaon mein toh 100.4°F (38°C) se upar ko bukhar maana jaata hai. Jab shareer garam lage aur termometer mein itna dikhaye, toh samajh lo. Apni sehat ka khyal rakhna.
For me, if it hits 100.4°F (38°C), that's fever. Below that, I just feel a bit off, but not proper fever. Get some rest if you're there!
From my experience, I start feeling sick when my temp is around 100. The doctors I've seen usually say 100.4°F (38°C) and above is a fever. That's just what I've been told, not advice.
It can be really distressing when you're not sure if it's a fever or not. The standard is 100.4°F (38°C) or above. Don't feel bad if you're feeling anxious; it's a common reaction when you're feeling unwell.
