What tea is good for upset stomach and vomiting?

Last night I had a really upset stomach and ended up vomiting a few times. I'm still feeling a bit queasy now. Is there any tea that is particularly good for soothing an upset stomach and helping with vomiting?

Ho na, upset stomach and vomiting are so uncomfortable. My grandma always used to make ginger and tulsi tea for us. It's very soothing. Just don't add milk, ho na? Plain hot water also helps to hydrate.

For upset stomach and vomiting, while ginger tea can provide some relief, it's really important to keep an eye on your symptoms. If it's persistent, severe, or accompanied by fever, please consult a doctor. Don't delay a check-up.

Oh, the joys of an upset stomach! Been there, done that too many times. Ginger tea usually does the trick for me. Sometimes just warm water with a squeeze of lemon. But if you're vomiting a lot, please stay hydrated. This age, recovery takes longer, you know!

When the stomach feels disturbed, sometimes even gentle sips of warm water with a tiny pinch of rock salt or ginger juice can help. A very light chamomile or peppermint tea, without any additions, also soothes the digestive fire. Breathe deeply and rest, it helps the body to heal.

Ginger tea with a bit of honey (if you can stomach it) is usually effective for nausea and upset tummy. Peppermint also helps some people. But if it's severe or lasts more than a day, definitely see a doctor, don't mess around with dehydration.

Don't panic! I've been there, thought it was the end of the world. For mild cases, ginger tea or even just plain warm water often helps. Usually it passes. Just stay hydrated and try to rest. If it goes on too long or you feel really weak, then obviously go to the doctor.

Listen, for upset stomach and vomiting, the main thing is hydration and calming the nausea. Ginger tea, made from fresh ginger, is your best friend. Sip slowly. Peppermint tea can also help for some. Avoid anything acidic, spicy, or dairy for a day or two. And if it's severe or you feel dizzy, doc time.

Ugh, this sounds horrible. I get so anxious when my stomach acts up. Does anyone else feel like ginger tea helps but sometimes it's too strong? I try light peppermint tea, but I always wonder if it's enough. Should I just stick to ORS for rehydration?

For basic upset stomach, homemade ginger or ajwain tea is super cheap and usually effective. No need for fancy stuff. But if the vomiting is continuous, a doctor visit and tests can get expensive. So try these home remedies, but if it doesn't improve quickly, don't delay the doctor because then it might get even more expensive later on.

When my kids get an upset stomach and vomiting, I give them very light sips of ginger tea, made mild. Rehydration is key, so ORS is also very important. Don't force food, just small amounts of clear liquids. If they can't keep liquids down, call the paediatrician immediately.

For stomach issues, ginger tea is fine, but avoid anything with too much spice or caffeine. With BP, we need to be careful with everything we consume. If vomiting is constant, it can affect your electrolytes, so a quick check-up with the doc is always smart. Don't let it worsen.

I once thought it was just a normal upset stomach and kept trying ginger tea, but it got worse and I ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration. If you're vomiting frequently and can't keep liquids down, please, please see a doctor immediately. Don't risk complications.

Bhai, for vomiting, trust me, ginger tea is the GOAT. My mom always makes it. Sometimes just sipping cold water slowly also helps. But if you're throwing up constantly, don't just rely on tea, go see a doc, seriously.

I've always wondered about this! It seems like ginger tea is a popular choice for nausea. Are there any other teas that are good for just general stomach upset, like after eating something heavy? Just curious for future reference.
