What tea is good for rheumatoid arthritis?

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis, and the pain can be quite severe sometimes. We are looking into any complementary therapies that might help. Are there any teas that are particularly good for rheumatoid arthritis?

Ayyo, rheumatoid arthritis is a serious condition. My family used to say turmeric and ginger are very good for inflammation. So, a tea made with these could be soothing. But ultimately, for such a severe problem, you must, must listen to your rheumatologist. Natural things are for general well-being, not for curing such diseases.

I'm just learning about RA, it sounds really tough. I've heard green tea is good for its anti-inflammatory properties, and some people even mention teas with frankincense or boswellia. But it feels like with RA, it's super important to follow what the specialists say, because it's an autoimmune thing.

Namaste! Rheumatoid arthritis, it is a very big pain. For the pain, some people drink ginger tea or turmeric tea in our village, without milk. It gives some warmth. But these are just small helps. For this disease, you must go to the big doctor and take their medicines, haan.

Rheumatoid arthritis requires very specific medical management from a rheumatologist. While some teas like green tea or ginger tea might offer general anti-inflammatory support, they are not a treatment. When you visit your doctor at a good hospital, clearly ask them if any specific teas are safe or beneficial alongside your prescribed medications. Always prioritize their advice.

My cousin's child has RA, and it's heartbreaking to see. They focus on proper medication, diet, and physiotherapy. For comforting drinks, their doctor approved a mild ginger tea. It's more about soothing and providing warmth than a cure. Please ensure you're consulting a pediatric rheumatologist for proper care.
