What tea is good for pcos?

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and am trying to explore dietary changes and natural remedies. Someone suggested certain teas might help. Can anyone tell me what tea is good for managing PCOS symptoms?

My daughter has PCOS, and her doctor suggested spearmint tea. We make her drink it twice a day. It's supposed to help with the hormonal imbalance. It's not a cure, but it's one part of managing it along with diet and exercise. Always best to discuss with your gynaecologist for a proper plan.

Please, if you have PCOS, don't ignore symptoms and try to fix it with just tea. I did that once, and it got worse. While some teas might offer minor relief, they are not a treatment. Get a proper diagnosis and follow a doctor's advice. Spearmint tea is often mentioned for hormonal balance, but it's a supportive measure only.

For PCOS, I've heard people cut down on sugar and processed foods, which is a foodie's worst nightmare, haha! But for tea, green tea is generally healthy, and some suggest spearmint tea for hormonal stuff. Just make sure it's unsweetened, or it defeats the purpose of healthy eating!

Hey girl! PCOS sucks, I know! My friend swears by spearmint tea, says it helps with the acne and excessive hair growth a bit. Don't stress too much trying to find a magic bullet, though. Just try what works for you along with a healthy lifestyle. And chill, okay? You're doing great.

I'm just researching PCOS for a friend, and I keep seeing spearmint tea mentioned a lot. Apparently, it helps with hormone levels. Also, I think any unsweetened herbal tea that helps with general wellness would be a good addition to a healthy routine. It's a complex condition, for sure.

PCOS is so common nowadays, ho na. For tea, many girls I know drink spearmint tea for its hormonal benefits. Also, green tea is good for general metabolism. But it's just a small part, proper diet and doc's medicine are most important, haan.

From a practical standpoint, spearmint tea has some evidence supporting its role in reducing androgen levels in PCOS. It can be a supportive addition to your regimen. However, PCOS management is complex and requires a comprehensive approach with a doctor, including lifestyle changes and often medication. Don't rely solely on tea.
