What tea is good for fever and chills?

Been feeling under the weather for two days now, with a low-grade fever and some chills. I'm trying to avoid medicines unless it gets worse. Is there any particular tea that works well for both fever and chills, something I can make at home?

It's really unsettling when you have fever with chills, I've been there and it makes you so anxious. I found that a warm cup of ginger and tulsi tea, brewed strong, really helped me feel a bit warmer and calmed my nerves. It's not a cure, but it provides some comfort.

For my kids, when they get fever and chills, I make them a simple concoction of boiled water with ginger, a few tulsi leaves, and a tiny bit of jaggery for taste. It’s warm, helps them sweat a little, and provides comfort. Always check with their pediatrician though, for proper medication.

When I get fever, I make sure to have warm fluids. A classic ginger tea or even just warm water with a slice of lemon helps. For people like me with high BP, it’s also important to manage stress and get enough rest, as these affect immunity. Don't skip your regular checkups.

For fever and chills, a hot cup of ginger and black pepper tea works like a charm for me. It makes you feel warm from the inside. You can also add some honey if you have a cough. But if the fever is really high or lasts too long, please don't hesitate to see a doctor.

While warm drinks are soothing, for fever and chills, it's essential to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying infections. When you visit, clearly ask your doctor about what warm beverages are safe and helpful, as some herbal teas can interact with medication or may not be suitable for certain conditions. Hydration is always important.

For fever and chills, the best is a simple adrak (ginger) chai without milk, just with jaggery or plain. It's inexpensive and makes you feel warm. Also, make sure you're properly covered, ghar pe. Take rest, that's most important. If fever is high, take paracetamol and see doctor.

Having dealt with health issues like PCOS, I've learned that one size doesn't fit all. For fever and chills, general advice is to have warm clear fluids. A simple lemon-honey-ginger tea is often suggested for comfort. But please, don't rely on it as a treatment. Always follow your doctor's advice.
