What takes away dandruff?

My dandruff has been so bad lately, no matter what shampoo I use. What are some effective remedies or products that really help to get rid of dandruff permanently?

I also have dandruff and it's quite embarrassing. I've tried a few shampoos but nothing really works permanently. Is there anything natural that actually helps, or do I need to see a skin doctor?

Honestly, don't trust every random remedy you find online for dandruff. Some might even worsen it. It's best to consult a dermatologist. They can identify the cause and give you a proper medicated shampoo or solution, rather than wasting money on things that don't work.

Dandruff can be really annoying. Before spending on expensive shampoos or treatments, try simple things first like apple cider vinegar rinse or neem oil. If it doesn't improve, then consider a doctor, as those consultations and prescribed products can be costly.

While diet alone won't cure dandruff, managing overall health is important. For me, with diabetes, I'm careful about my sugar intake, as high sugar can sometimes affect skin and scalp health. For dandruff itself, a good anti-dandruff shampoo suggested by a doctor is usually the way.

Ugh, dandruff is the worst! I used to have it bad. What worked for me was using a good anti-dandruff shampoo regularly, like Head & Shoulders, and not using too much hair oil. Also, trying not to scratch constantly, lol.
