What supplements help pcos?

Been struggling with PCOS for a while now, and my periods are so irregular. My friend suggested some supplements but I'm not sure which ones are actually helpful. Can anyone tell me what supplements are good for managing PCOS?

Honestly, supplements can help but it's not a magic fix for PCOS. My sister uses Inositol and Vitamin D, which her doc recommended. But seriously, lifestyle changes like diet and exercise are equally, if not more, important.

For PCOS, I've read that managing insulin resistance is key, which is similar to diabetes in some ways. So, things that help with blood sugar like Inositol or Chromium might be useful. But always check with your doctor first, especially if you have other conditions.

It's a tough condition to manage. Many people find relief with certain supplements, but it varies for everyone.

Hey! So many women struggle with this. I know a friend who really felt better with Myo-inositol and Omega-3s. But a proper doctor's consultation is always the best way to go for personalized advice! 😊

Mere wife ko bhi PCOS hai, aur unhone kaafi supplements try kiye hain. Kuch ne help kiya, kuch ne nahi. Jo sabse zyada farak pada, woh unke doctor ne specifically unki reports dekh kar suggest kiye the. Self-medication se bachna chahiye.

Please be very careful with supplements without proper medical advice. I tried a few things I read online for my PCOS and it actually messed up my cycle more and caused other issues. It's so important to see an endocrinologist or gynecologist who specializes in this to guide you properly.
