What supplements are good for kidney health?

My annual health checkup showed my kidney function is a bit low. I'm trying to improve it through diet and lifestyle changes. Are there any specific supplements that are good for overall kidney health?

Oh, kidney health is so important na. I always worry about these things. I've heard about cranberry extract but I'm not sure if it's for prevention or for specific issues. Don't take anything without asking your doctor, seriously. Better to be safe than sorry.

Honestly, supplements can be tricky. Mere saath bhi hua tha, I thought I could manage with some general stuff for my digestion, but it turned out to be something else. Pls, pehle doc ko dikhao and unse confirm karo ki kya zaroorat hai. Self-medicate mat karo.

Namaste. Kidney ke liye toh ghar ke nuske bhi hote hain, jaise ki dhaniya ka pani ya gokshura. Lekin beta, ye sab aam sehat ke liye hain. Agar koi khaas takleef hai toh pehle doctor ke paas jaao. Unse jaanch karwao aur phir jo woh kahein, wahi lo.

Ram Ram ji. Kidney bahut important hoti hai body ke liye. Gaon mein toh sab kehte hain ki pani khoob piyo aur thodi saag-sabzi zyada khao. Supplements se pehle doctor se pooch lena chahiye beta. Woh hi sahi salaah denge.

Hello everyone. I'm also wondering about this. Are there any general vitamins or minerals that are good for kidneys, or is it only specific supplements for specific problems? I'm a bit confused, sorry if it's a silly question.

My son had some kidney issues when he was younger. The doctor clearly told us to focus on diet and fluid intake more than supplements unless there's a specific deficiency. Pls, get a proper medical opinion first; it's better for long-term health.

Just like with my thyroid, I learned that you need proper diagnosis first. Don't just pick up supplements randomly. Get your kidney function tests done, discuss with a nephrologist. Only they can tell you what, if any, supplements are actually beneficial and safe for *your* specific condition.
