Establish a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends. Make your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool. Avoid screens an hour before bed, and limit caffeine and heavy meals late in the evening. Regular exercise helps, but not too close to bedtime. These are non-negotiable for good sleep.
Beta, achhi neend ke liye thoda niyam banaya karo. Raat ko sone se pehle garam doodh peene se bahut achhi neend aati hai. Aur mobile phone ko toh bed se door hi rakhna chahiye. Din mein thodi der bahar ghoomna bhi achha rehta hai. Yeh sab aazmaya hua hai ghar mein.
Sleep is such a big deal, especially with hormonal stuff. I find that trying to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends, helps a lot. And definitely cut down on screen time before bed. It's hard, but it makes a difference. Also, keeping the room dark and cool is key. Small changes can slowly make it better.
Achhi neend ke liye kuch baatein bahut zaroori hain. Ek to har din ek hi time par sona aur uthna, jisme chutti ka din bhi shamil hai. Shaam ko chai-coffee kam peena, aur sone se pehle phone ya TV se door rehna. Apne kamre ko bilkul shaant aur andhera rakho. Chhota sa walk bhi helpful hota hai.
For good sleep, I make sure my dinner is light and not too close to bedtime, especially avoiding anything sugary. Heavy meals or sweets before sleeping can mess with blood sugar levels, which definitely impacts sleep quality. Regular walking also helps me sleep soundly. And of course, limiting evening chai.

Improve sleep? Haha, if only I knew the secret! Seriously though, everyone says 'no phone before bed' and 'fixed sleep schedule.' I try, I really do. Sometimes a super cold room and heavy blanket works wonders. Also, pretending I'm already asleep usually helps me fall asleep faster than overthinking it. 😂
Sleep issues can really get to you emotionally, it's so frustrating when you can't fall asleep. For me, making sure my room is totally dark and quiet helps a lot. Also, writing down my thoughts before bed helps clear my mind instead of just lying there and overthinking everything. You're not alone if it feels like a struggle.
