Generally, it is the advanced stage, like stage 5 (kidney failure) where dialysis is needed, that qualifies for disability support. While keeping a healthy diet helps with symptoms, this is a legal and medical matter. Please consult your doctor and a social worker to get the right paperwork.

Bro, usually you only qualify for disability benefits when you reach stage 5 or are on regular dialysis. Stage 3 or 4 doesn't easily fit the criteria unless there are severe complications. You should check the official government guidelines or ask your hospital's helpdesk.

Actually, it's mostly stage 5, which is kidney failure, that gets you the disability benefits, yaar. The process in India has some specific medical board requirements. Better to talk to your nephrologist directly, they can guide you on the exact certificates needed.

Disability qualification typically requires a diagnosis of End-Stage Renal Disease (stage 5) requiring ongoing dialysis or a transplant. However, rules can vary based on individual complications. Please consult your medical team to understand the official certification process safely.

To qualify for government disability benefits, the patient generally needs to be in stage 5, experiencing chronic kidney failure. The criteria require official medical documentation of long-term dialysis or transplant status. Your treating nephrologist is the best person to issue the required certificates.

From what I have heard, stage 5 kidney disease is what usually qualifies because of the intensive nature of dialysis treatment. I don't know the exact legal steps, so it's best to ask your hospital's patient welfare department to get accurate information.

I am too tired to even read my own bills, but yes, stage 5 or being on active dialysis is usually the threshold for disability. Stage 3 or 4 won't get you much help on paper, unfortunately. Go speak to your doctor so you don't have to deal with the paperwork headache alone.
