What stage of kidney disease is foamy urine?

I've noticed my urine has been foamy lately, and I'm a bit concerned as my mother has kidney problems. At what stage of kidney disease is foamy urine a common symptom?

In our family, we believe keeping the body cool with barley water helps with urinary issues, but foamy urine means protein is leaking, which can start from stage 1 itself. It is a sign of kidney strain. Please see a proper doctor instead of relying only on home remedies.

Foamy urine is often due to excess protein, which can happen even in the early stages (stage 1 or 2) of kidney distress. Along with gentle yoga and proper hydration, you must get your urine tested for albumin. Take care of your health gently.

My doctor at the clinic explained that protein in urine causes that foam, and it can start in early stages like stage 1 or 2. You should go to a good lab and get a Urine Urine Routine and Microalbumin test done. Ask your nephrologist to explain the results clearly.

Please do not ignore foamy urine; I neglected it early on and faced severe swelling later. It can indicate kidney damage starting from stage 1 or 2. Get a kidney function test and urine analysis done by a doctor immediately to prevent further damage.

Hey, I noticed this once and got super worried. It can actually start right in stage 1 or 2 because of protein leakage, but sometimes it is just because you are dehydrated or peeing fast. Drink plenty of water, but definitely get a simple urine test done to be safe!

I freaked out completely when I saw bubbles in my urine, thinking my kidneys were failing. But my test reports came back normal—I was just slightly dehydrated. It can be an early sign of kidney issues, but don't panic before getting a simple urine test.
