My doctor always recommends warm salt water gargles, like 3-4 times a day. Also, sipping on warm water with honey and lemon is really good for soothing. And staying hydrated is super important; it helps keep the throat moist and reduces irritation. Avoid cold drinks completely.
Bro, throat pain is the worst. I just do gargles with warm water and salt, that's like the oldest trick. And my mom makes this adrak-chai, ginger tea, that also helps a lot. Cold drinks pakka avoid karna hai.
Throat pain can be really uncomfortable, I know. For me, because of my PCOS, I'm always careful with what I consume. Generally, warm herbal teas, like ginger or tulsi, and gargling with warm water seem to provide some relief. But if it's severe or persists, it's best to consult a doctor, just to be sure.
When I get throat pain, I barely have time for elaborate remedies. What works quickly for me is a good throat lozenge and hot water with honey. Gargling with warm salt water is also effective, takes just a minute. If it doesn't get better in a day or two, I'd suggest seeing a GP.

I always Google this when my throat hurts! Most of what I find says warm liquids are key – ginger tea, warm water with honey. And gargling with salt water is everywhere. I guess these are pretty standard and helpful, but I also make sure to rest my voice.
