What sleeping medicine is safe during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and finding it really hard to sleep lately, especially with all the discomfort. My doctor said not to take anything without asking first. Are there any sleeping medicines that are considered safe for pregnant women?

Oh, sleep during pregnancy can be tough, I totally understand! It's super important not to take any sleeping medicine without your doctor's explicit approval. What's safe for a non-pregnant person might not be for you and the baby. Try some warm milk, meditation, or a warm bath first. But for meds, please talk to your gynaecologist.

Sleeping medicine during pregnancy? Beta, for that, you absolutely must talk to your lady doctor! Anything you take affects two people now. My wife used to just listen to light music or drink warm water. Don't self-medicate, even for sleep. It's not worth the risk!

Beti, pregnancy mein har choti se choti cheez bhi soch samajh kar leni chahiye. Neend ki dava toh bilkul bhi apne mann se mat lena. Apni doctor se poochho, woh hi sahi salah dengi. Garam doodh, thoda aaram, aur achhi kitaab padho, shayad neend aa jaye.

Yes, always consult your gynaecologist before taking any medication, especially during pregnancy.

Behan, pregnancy mein toh bahut dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Neend ki goli toh bilkul doctor se pooch kar hi lena. Bina puche kuch mat khana. Bhagwan ka naam lo aur apni doctor ki baat suno. Woh hi sabse achha batayengi.

Hey bestie, don't stress too much about sleepless nights during pregnancy, it's super common! But seriously, about medicines, you CANNOT take anything without your gynaecologist's green light. Even seemingly harmless stuff can be risky. Call your doc, they'll tell you the safest options if needed.
