For pregnancy, a fitness ball is really good for comfort and light exercise. The size usually depends on your height. My sister used a 65 cm ball during her pregnancy, as she's average height. The key is that your hips should be slightly higher than your knees when you sit on it. Always check with your doctor too.

While fitness balls can be beneficial, please ensure you get proper medical guidance for any exercise during pregnancy. My wife had some complications, and we learned how crucial doctor's advice is. For the ball size, it's generally about your height – typically 65 cm for average height women, but always ask your gynaecologist before using it.

Oh, that's an interesting question. I've seen pregnant women use those balls for exercise and comfort. From what I've researched, it seems the general rule is to pick a size that lets your hips be slightly higher than your knees when you're sitting on it. So it depends on the person's height, like a 65cm for average height, I think.

Simple hai. Fitness ball ka size tumhari height par depend karta hai pregnancy mein. If you are around 5'3" to 5'9", a 65 cm ball is usually good. Agar chhoti ho toh 55 cm, aur lambi ho toh 75 cm. Baith ke dekho, knees hips se thoda neeche hone chahiye. Doctor se bhi puchh lena ek baar.

A fitness ball for pregnancy? At this point, any ball that lets me sit comfortably for five minutes without someone asking for something would be the right size. But seriously, I think it's about height. You need one where your hips are slightly above your knees. Probably a 65 cm for most, but honestly, I just need a nap.
