What side of your body should you sleep on?

My neck always feels stiff when I wake up, no matter how many pillows I use. Someone told me it depends on which side you sleep on. Is there a 'correct' side for general health?

Bete, purane zamane mein kehte the left side sona accha hota hai, digestion ke liye. Hum toh ghar pe sabko wahi bolte hain. Lekin agar koi takleef ho, toh doctor se puchna zaroori hai.

Oh god, I totally get why you're asking this! I used to stress so much about my sleeping position too, thinking I'd mess something up. It feels like such a big deal when you're worried about your health, na?

Hello everyone. I also wonder about this sometimes. Is there any particular reason why one side is better than the other, like for heart or something? I'm new to all this.

Namaste. Always listen to your body, it knows best. While some directions are said to be better, find peace and comfort first. Stay positive and take good care of your well-being.

Yaar, this question brings back so many memories. I remember when I was going through a tough time, even deciding which side to sleep on felt like a huge task. It's okay to feel overwhelmed by these choices.

Hey! So for most people, sleeping on your left side is often recommended, especially for digestion and heartburn. It helps with gravity. But honestly, the most important thing is finding a position where you're comfortable and can sleep well without pain.
