What side is your kidney on male?

I'm trying to explain body parts to my young son, and I just realised I'm not confident about the exact placement of kidneys for a male. Which side is your kidney on for a man?

For males, just like females, kidneys are on both sides of the lower back, just under the ribs. I had kidney stones years ago, and the pain is unmistakable. Drink lots of water, limit fizzy drinks and excess salt. If you're feeling pain, get to a doctor quickly, it's not something to wait on.

Kidneys are on both sides, one on the left and one on the right, in your lower back area. It's a fundamental anatomical fact. If you're feeling pain there, don't self-diagnose, get to a specialist.

From my general knowledge, men also have kidneys on both sides of the lower back. I remember once feeling a dull ache there, but it was just muscle strain after a heavy workout. But everyone's body is different, so if you're concerned, a doctor is the best person to ask.

We are blessed with two kidneys, positioned carefully on either side of the spine, in the mid-back region. Through pranayama and gentle stretches, we can maintain their health. However, if any pain or unease persists, please consult a vaidya or doctor immediately.

Hey! Good question! You have two kidneys, one on your left side and one on your right side, in your lower back. So basically, both sides! 😉 Keep 'em happy with water!

You have two kidneys, one on each side of your spine, below your rib cage towards your back. If you're asking because of any discomfort, please ensure you get it checked by a medical professional to rule out anything serious. It's always best to be careful.
