What side is liver located?

I was reading something about healthy eating and liver function, and honestly, I realised I don't even know where my liver is! Which side of the body is it located on?

The liver is comfortably sitting on the upper right side of your abdomen, right below your ribs. So if you are feeling a stitch on the left side, don't blame your poor liver for that!

It is on the upper right side of your abdomen. Keeping your liver healthy is super important for processing nutrients and protein synthesis, so try to avoid excessive alcohol and processed fats in your diet.

I know how stressful it is when you start feeling any discomfort and worry about organ damage; I went through a huge health anxiety phase. The liver is on the upper right side of your stomach. If you are anxious, just getting a simple ultrasound done can help put your mind at ease.

The liver is located on the right side of the upper abdomen. During my regular health checkups for high blood pressure, my doctor always checks my liver function too. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid fatty liver issues.

This vital organ resides on the right side of your chest cavity, just under the ribs. God has designed our body beautifully; take care of it by eating fresh, home-cooked food and keeping a peaceful mind.

The liver is located in the upper right quadrant of the abdominal cavity, just beneath the diaphragm. I use my health tracker to monitor my daily hydration and nutrient intake, which really helps in keeping liver function optimal. Get an ultrasound if you feel any discomfort there.
