What side is better to sleep on?

I've been struggling with insomnia and often wake up with body aches. My friend suggested that my sleeping position might be the problem. What side is generally considered better to sleep on for overall health and good sleep?

Sleeping on your left side is generally considered better for your digestion and heart health. I hope this helps you get a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.

Honestly, I am so sleep-deprived these days that I would sleep upside down if it guaranteed me six hours of solid rest! They say the left side is best for digestion, but I'm just happy if my pillow stays cool on either side.

From a general wellness standpoint, sleeping on the left side is often recommended to improve digestion and lymphatic drainage. However, if you have specific conditions like shoulder injury or sleep apnea, your doctor's advice on sleep posture is always the best guide.

Sleeping on the left side is highly recommended to help with circulation and lymphatic flow. Since managing my thyroid, I've realized how crucial proper rest is. Make sure you also keep up with your regular medical checkups to ensure your overall health is on track.

The left side is definitely better for sleeping, especially after eating a fiber-rich vegetarian dinner, as it helps prevent acid reflux. Just make sure you finish your last meal at least two to three hours before sleeping so your stomach has time to settle.
