What side are u supposed to sleep on?

I've been having some neck and back pain lately, and someone told me it might be related to my sleeping position. Is there a specific side you are supposed to sleep on for better health or to prevent pain?

Honestly, sleeping on your left side is considered the best for digestion and acid reflux. If you have issues like snoring or sleep apnea, side sleeping is way better than sleeping on your back. Just get a comfortable pillow and you are good to go.

Since I eat a lot of heavy North Indian dinners, sleeping on my left side has been a savior for preventing acidity! It keeps the heartburn away so I can enjoy my food in peace. Definitely avoid sleeping on your stomach after a big meal.

Sleeping on the left side is generally recommended as it improves blood circulation, which is very helpful for overall health. However, if you are experiencing chronic fatigue or sleep issues, make sure you get your thyroid levels checked as well, and consult your doctor.

They say the left side is best for digestion, but honestly, I just sleep on whatever side my cat doesn't occupy! Just find a comfy position that doesn't make your neck stiff in the morning.

In yoga and ancient science, sleeping on the left side (Vamkukshi) is highly recommended as it keeps the solar energy channel active and aids digestion. Try to lie down on your left side after meals for a few minutes too, it is very beneficial.

According to sleep tracking data and research, sleeping on your left side is great for gut health and lymphatic drainage. I use my smartwatch to track my sleep quality, and I noticed my deep sleep improved when I stopped sleeping on my stomach. Give it a try!

My doctor told me to sleep on my left side to keep digestion good and avoid bloating. We don't need any expensive pillows, just a simple thin pillow under the head and maybe one between the knees if you have lower back pain.

Sleeping on your left side is highly recommended, especially if you get acidity after long office hours. It keeps the stomach stomach-acid below the esophagus. It is a quick and easy lifestyle adjustment that actually improves sleep quality.
