What should be eaten after vomiting?

Last night I had a really bad bout of vomiting and felt completely drained. What kind of food should I eat after vomiting to help me recover and settle my stomach? Don't want to upset it again.

Ugh, vomiting is the absolute worst feeling, both physically and mentally. It's so draining. After something like that, you really just need bland, gentle foods. I usually try plain rice water, maybe a small bit of boiled potato, or some clear soup. Anything to settle the stomach without irritating it further.

After the body releases what it does not need, it becomes very sensitive. Eat very light, sattvic foods. A little plain khichdi made with moong dal and rice, or just plain rice water. Keep it simple and easy to digest. Rest is very important. Listen to your body, it will tell you what it can handle.

Hey, take it easy after vomiting. Your stomach needs to rest. Start with sips of water or ORS to rehydrate. When you feel a little better, go for very bland foods like plain boiled rice, toast, or clear vegetable broth. Avoid anything oily, spicy, or dairy for a while. Just be gentle with yourself.

After vomiting, it is best to start with very plain and easy-to-digest foods. Things like clear liquids, toast, or boiled rice are often recommended to settle the stomach.

Ho na, vomiting ke baad bohot halka khaana chahiye. Pehle thoda paani piyo ya ORS, fir plain toast ya phir rice ka paani. Yaar, khichdi bhi chalegi agar light banayi ho toh. Spicy ya oily bilkul na khaana, stomach upset ho jayega fir se.

Look, if you've vomited, especially repeatedly or severely, hydration is critical. Don't just pick random foods suggested online. Start with clear fluids like ORS. If it persists or you feel unwell, it's best to consult a doctor. They can advise on specific foods suitable for your condition, not just general advice.
