What should a non diabetic sugar level be?

My family has a history of diabetes, so I'm trying to be proactive about my health. What should a non-diabetic's sugar level ideally be? I just want to monitor myself.

With a calm mind and balanced diet, a non-diabetic's sugar level stays well. Generally, before eating, it should be below 100 mg/dL. After some time, after eating, it should come down to below 140 mg/dL. Regular yoga and pranayama also help in maintaining overall metabolic balance.

Even for non-diabetics, keeping an eye on sugar levels is wise, just like with blood pressure. A normal fasting sugar is below 100 mg/dL, and after a meal, it should be under 140 mg/dL. Lifestyle choices, like regular exercise and low salt diet, help maintain these levels, and regular checkups are a must.

This is a basic health metric everyone should know. For non-diabetics, your fasting blood sugar should be less than 100 mg/dL. Two hours after a meal, it should ideally be under 140 mg/dL. If you see these numbers consistently going higher, it's a good time to consult a doctor, don't wait.

Dekho bhai, agar tum non-diabetic ho, toh fasting sugar 100 se kam hona chahiye. Aur khana khaane ke 2 ghante baad 140 se neeche. Simple. Agar upar-neeche ho raha hai toh doctor ko dikhao, faltu mein tension mat lo.

Oh, another number to track in life! For non-diabetics, it's usually less than 100 fasting and below 140 post-meal. My doctor says mine are fine, which is a relief because honestly, managing one more health thing would send me over the edge! 😂
