What should a healthcare facility do to prevent tb spread?

I work in a hospital, and we're always concerned about preventing the spread of diseases like TB. What are the best practices a healthcare facility should follow to make sure TB doesn't spread? We want to keep patients and staff safe.

Dude, this is so important! Healthcare facilities should seriously step up their game. Like, proper ventilation in patient rooms, making sure doctors and nurses wear N95 masks, and isolating TB patients. Also, early diagnosis is key, right? No one wants TB spreading.

Hospitals should be very careful with such diseases. They must ensure good air in rooms and people should cover their mouths when coughing. Cleanliness is very important. Also, patients should take their medicines properly. Some elders also say to include turmeric in diet, but that is for general health, not a cure for TB, so follow doctor's advice.

They should implement smart ventilation systems and maybe even use UV-C light in air purifiers for high-risk areas. Digital tracking for patient isolation and staff exposure could also help monitor and prevent spread. Modern tech can definitely assist in infection control protocols.

Having just recovered from TB, I can tell you how vital prevention is. Healthcare facilities need strict infection control protocols: proper masks for staff and visitors, designated isolation rooms, and prompt diagnosis and treatment. My treatment journey was long, and I wouldn't wish the spread on anyone.

For TB, prevention is so much better than cure. From what I've seen, hospitals need to seriously enforce mask-wearing, especially in waiting areas. Also, ensuring patients with suspected TB are quickly isolated and tested is practical. No amount of home remedies can fight TB, so proper medical protocols are key.
