What shampoo is good for psoriasis?

I've been dealing with scalp psoriasis for a while now, and it's quite irritating. My current shampoo isn't making much difference. What kind of shampoo is typically good for psoriasis?

Oh, psoriasis on the scalp is really tough to deal with. I sometimes worry if I'm using the right products too. Has anyone else felt like every shampoo just makes it worse initially?

Honestly, don't just pick any shampoo based on internet suggestions. Psoriasis is a serious skin condition. It's best to consult a dermatologist, they can prescribe something specific for your type and severity. Random remedies can sometimes cause more irritation.

Hey! Don't stress too much about finding the 'perfect' one yourself. My friend had this, and her doctor gave her a medicated shampoo. Maybe you can also get a prescription? It really helped her manage it, felt much better after.

Psoriasis can be tricky because everyone reacts differently. I have PCOS and understand how frustrating chronic conditions can be. I wouldn't confidently suggest a specific brand, but many people find relief with shampoos containing coal tar or salicylic acid. Still, a doctor's advice is paramount here.

Haan ji, psoriasis ke liye na, sabse best toh doc ko dikhana hi hai. Mere ek rishtedaar ko bhi tha, unko doc ne ek special shampoo diya tha. Over-the-counter wale sometimes work nahi karte ache se, ya fir irritate kar dete hain.
