What shampoo and conditioner is good for psoriasis?

My scalp has been quite itchy and flaky lately, and my dermatologist said it might be psoriasis. I'm looking for a good shampoo and conditioner that can help manage it. Any recommendations?

Haan, psoriasis ke liye normal shampoo toh bilkul nahi use karna chahiye. Try those medicated ones with coal tar ya salicylic acid. Dermatologist se poochh ke lena na, they know best. Woh hi recommend kar sakte hain.

Hey, it's really important to be gentle with your scalp when you have psoriasis. Look for shampoos with ingredients like coal tar, salicylic acid, or even zinc pyrithione. They are usually designed to help. But seriously, a dermatologist will give you the best, personalized advice.

Beta, psoriasis is a long journey, don't get disheartened. For shampoo, you need something gentle and specific. In my experience, anything that's too fragrant or has strong chemicals just irritates it more. Look for mild, therapeutic options, and always listen to your doctor.

I've tried so many things for scalp issues. For psoriasis, honestly, some home remedies like diluted apple cider vinegar *can* help soothe, but for an actual shampoo, you definitely need a medicated one. Coal tar or salicylic acid based ones are common. A good dermatologist is your best bet for a proper prescription.

For psoriasis, you need special medicated shampoos. Don't buy anything random. My cousin uses one with salicylic acid, it helps exfoliate the scales. Best to ask a skin doctor, they can suggest what's affordable and effective, sometimes even a proper prescription is needed.

While my focus is on diabetes management through diet, I know skin conditions like psoriasis also need careful attention. For shampoo, avoid anything harsh. Look for gentle, fragrance-free, or specific medicated options. It's crucial to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.
