What's the difference between panic attack and heart attack?

Sometimes I feel this sudden tightness in my chest and my heart starts racing, it's very scary. My friend said it could be a panic attack, but I'm always worried it might be something more serious like a heart attack. How can I tell the difference between them?

Haan, yeh bahut important sawaal hai! Panic attack mein na, chest pain, breathlessness, sab ho sakta hai, but it's mental stress. Heart attack toh actual physical issue hai. Agar shaq ho toh seedha doc ke paas jao, bilkul wait mat karo.

Oh, this is such a good question! Both can feel super scary and similar, like chest pain and feeling breathless. But a panic attack usually comes with intense fear and goes away after some time, while a heart attack is a serious medical emergency. If ever in doubt, always get it checked, okay? Better safe than sorry! 😊

I've been there, truly. That feeling of 'is this it?' is terrifying. For me, my panic attacks felt like my heart was going to burst out, but it was all my anxiety. A heart attack is about blood flow issues, a physical blockage. Don't ever feel silly for getting checked if you're unsure, your peace of mind is worth it.

I understand the confusion, these symptoms overlap so much. For a panic attack, sometimes deep breathing and distraction can help calm you. But if it's a heart attack, you need medical help immediately. My advice is, if the chest pain is radiating to your arm or jaw, or you're sweating profusely, don't wait for home remedies, rush to the hospital.

Beta, suno. Jab ghabrahat bahut zyada ho aur dil tez dharke, sans rukne lage, woh panic attack ho sakta hai. Mann ka darr hota hai. Par agar chhati mein asli mein dard ho, kandhe tak jaye, toh woh heart attack ka mamla ho sakta hai. Agar kabhi aisa lage, turant doctor ko dikhao, der mat karna.
