What's good for fever in adults?

I've been feeling quite feverish since yesterday, with body aches and a slight headache. I'm looking for some common remedies or things to do at home to help bring the fever down and feel a bit better. What's generally good for fever in adults?

Fever in adults, huh? It's like your body throwing a surprise party you didn't ask for, and the only guest is misery. 😂 Plenty of rest, lots of fluids, and a paracetamol usually does the trick for a simple fever. If it hangs around too long, or gets too high, then it's time to call in the actual party planner (the doctor!).

Fever? Oh no. I'm not really sure what's best, I usually just take a paracetamol. But what kind of fluids are most helpful? Should it be warm or cold drinks?

When I get fever, it's just rest, loads of water, and a paracetamol. My mom always forces me to eat light khichdi too, even if I don't feel like it. And a cool cloth on the forehead helps a lot! If it's super high or doesn't go away, then definitely doc time.

Honestly, for me, when I get a fever, it's just bed rest, tons of water, and one Paracetamol. My mom makes sure I eat a light dal-chawal. If it's a regular fever, it usually subsides in a day or two. If not, then I go to the family doctor.

When I track my health, I notice that even a slight fever makes my body super fatigued. For adults, good hydration is critical – track your water intake! Take a fever reducer as prescribed, get proper sleep (wear your fitness tracker to see the quality!), and keep your diet very light. Don't push yourself with workouts.

For fever in adults, rest is very important. Drink plenty of fluids like water, ORS, or clear soups. Take paracetamol as advised for relief. If the fever is very high or lasts for many days, please see a doctor immediately.
