My doctor colleagues always recommend a few things. First, rest is crucial. Hydration with water, ORS, or clear broths. Over-the-counter medications like paracetamol or ibuprofen, strictly as per dosage, can help bring it down. And lukewarm sponge baths can provide comfort. But if it's high or persistent, see a doctor.
Ugh, fever! The worst part is losing your taste buds. But when I get it, warm chicken soup and lots of fluids really help, apart from the doctor-prescribed meds, of course. Stay hydrated, that's key!
When I get fever, I have to be careful because of my BP. My doctor always says lots of rest, water, and only use paracetamol if absolutely necessary and as prescribed. Don't try home remedies without knowing if they interfere with other medicines.
Fever can be a bit scary, and sometimes it's a symptom of something bigger. For normal fever, lots of fluids and rest, and maybe a paracetamol can help. But if it's very high or doesn't go down, please don't hesitate to see a doctor. Better to be safe.
Yaar, jab bhi mujhe fever hota hai, bas goli le leta hu paracetamol ki, aur thodi der so jaata hu. Cold compress forehead pe rakhne se bhi acha lagta hai. Aur paani bohot peena, warna dehydration ho jaayega.
