What quadrant is the kidney in?

I was looking at an anatomy diagram and got confused about organ placement. If we divide the abdomen into quadrants, which specific quadrant is the kidney located in?

Achha! Gurde (kidneys) toh kamar ke upar, dono taraf hote hain. Pet ke peeche waale hisse mein, thoda upar ki taraf. Humare yahaan toh log bolte hain ki kamar dard hota hai toh gurde check karwa lo. Important hain yeh bahut!

I totally get why you're asking this, it's good to know about your body! Your kidneys are actually in the upper posterior part of your abdomen, mostly in the upper left and upper right quadrants, towards your back. They're pretty protected there.

The kidneys are located in the upper posterior abdomen, basically in the upper left and upper right quadrants, but more towards your back. Keeping them healthy with a balanced, plant-focused diet and enough water is crucial, you know. Avoid too much processed food for kidney health.

Hey! Don't stress too much about the exact quadrant, but generally, your kidneys are high up in your abdomen, one on each side of your spine, tucked under your ribs a bit. So mostly upper right and upper left, more towards your back. Hope that helps!
