What products to use for dandruff?

I've been dealing with dandruff for a while now, and it's quite embarrassing. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work completely. What kind of products are generally recommended to get rid of dandruff effectively?

Mere bete ko bhi bohot dandruff hota tha. Humne ek dermatologist ko dikhaya tha, unhone ek medicated shampoo recommend kiya tha. Usse kaafi farak pada. Saath mein, keep their hair clean, oily mat hone do. Bahar ke products se pehle doc se pooch lo toh better hai.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Dandruff is super common. My friend swears by Apple Cider Vinegar rinse before shampooing. Just dilute it with water, apply, leave for 5-10 mins, then wash. See if that helps your scalp. Otherwise, a good anti-dandruff shampoo does the trick.

Yaar, dandruff is such a pain. Actually, I tried so many things, but what worked for me was using a mild anti-dandruff shampoo regularly, like twice a week. And make sure you rinse properly, sometimes product residue also causes it. Mere dost ne Nizoral try kiya tha, usko bhi faida hua.

Oh no, dandruff can be annoying! 😟 But don't worry, there are lots of options! I found that using a good quality anti-dandruff shampoo consistently really made a difference for me. Also, try to keep your scalp clean and avoid too much product buildup. Hope you find something that works! ✨

For dandruff, start with a good quality medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione. Use it as directed, usually 2-3 times a week. If it doesn't improve in a couple of weeks, consult a dermatologist. Don't waste time on home remedies if the problem is persistent.

Dandruff can sometimes be linked to overall health and stress, not just products. While good anti-dandruff shampoos like Selsun Blue or Nizoral work for many, consider if your diet or stress levels are playing a role. Sometimes, these small issues are signs our body gives. Ek general health checkup kabhi bura nahi hota, especially as we age.

Be careful with what you put on your scalp. I had mild dandruff once and tried a bunch of things friends recommended, and it actually made my scalp super irritated and flaky. Ended up having to see a skin doctor. So, my advice is, if it's bothering you, just see a dermatologist first. They can tell you exactly what's going on.
