What pressure point puts you to sleep instantly?

Sometimes I have really hard time falling asleep, especially before exams. My friend told me there are some pressure points that can make you sleep instantly. Is there any specific pressure point that actually works like that?

Honestly, instant sleep from one pressure point sounds a bit too good to be true, especially if you're like me with high BP. I used to struggle with sleep a lot. My doctor always said it's about lifestyle changes, managing stress, and regular checkups. No magic bullet, sadly.

Haha, if someone finds this 'instant sleep' pressure point, please tell me! My kids and office work make sure I'm tired but my brain just won't switch off. I've tried everything from warm milk to counting sheep. Maybe I need to find a new pressure point called 'zero responsibilities'!

Bro, 'instant sleep' is tough. I usually scroll Insta for too long, then can't sleep. What actually helps me is just putting the phone away like an hour before bed. And thoda stretching. No specific pressure point for me, just chilling out works best.

I understand wanting to find a quick solution for sleep. It's really important for our overall well-being. Maybe try some deep breathing exercises before bed? Sometimes just calming your mind helps more than any specific physical technique. Hope you find some good rest soon.

Oh beta, instant sleep is a blessing. Humare gaon mein, log bolte hain ki subah jaldi utho aur din bhar kaam karo, raat ko apne aap neend aa jaati hai. Aur shaam ko thoda garm doodh piyo. Man shaant rahega toh neend bhi achhi aayegi, pressure point ka pata nahi.
