It's a big problem. And getting therapy or proper diagnosis can be expensive for many families. We need more affordable options and awareness so parents know how to help without breaking the bank.

Honestly, I feel like everyone I know has some kind of anxiety or stress. College life is tough, and then there's social media. It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes, but important to find someone to talk to.

A good portion, definitely. I went through it in my teens. The key is recognizing it, talking to someone you trust, and not being ashamed to get professional help. It's a journey, but it gets better with support.

Haan na, bahut saare teens struggle karte hain. Padhai ka pressure, social media, ghar ka environment bhi. Hum logon ko unko sunna chahiye aur support dena chahiye, ho na?

It's sad to see, but physical activity can really help manage it. Even a simple walk or some light exercise, if the doctor allows and it feels good, can make a huge difference to mood and stress levels. It's not a cure, but it helps.

The mind of a teenager is delicate. Pranayama and mindful breathing can bring so much calm and clarity. It's not a magic fix, but I've seen it help many find their center and manage their racing thoughts.

It's concerning to hear these stats, and it's okay to feel worried about the younger generation. The pressure they face is immense. Validating their feelings and creating a safe space for them is so important.
