What percentage of teenagers have mental health issues?

I've noticed a lot of my friends, and even myself sometimes, feeling really stressed and anxious. It feels like mental health is a big topic for our generation. Do you know how many teenagers in general face these issues?

Honestly, a lot. School pressure, social media, family stuff, it all adds up. I know so many guys who just keep it to themselves, but it's important to talk it out. Don't bottle it up.

It's higher than people think, actually. I struggled with anxiety in my teens, and it felt like I was the only one. But when I finally spoke up, I realized so many of my friends were going through similar things. Talking about it is the first step.

It's not just about the mind, sometimes physical health issues can also impact mental health. Like my thyroid issues sometimes affect my mood. So, it's important for teens to get overall health check-ups along with mental health support if they're struggling.

It's a big concern now, all this stress on kids. We need to create environments where they feel safe to share. Simple things like open communication at home and making sure they have friends they trust can help a lot. Professional help bhi zaroori hai agar zarurat pade.

I've been reading a lot about this lately, and the numbers are pretty eye-opening. It's sad to see so many young people struggling silently. We need more awareness and support systems for them.
