What percentage of people sleep naked?

My friend was talking about how she started sleeping naked for better comfort. It made me wonder how common this practice is. What percentage of people sleep naked?

Honestly, I don't know the exact percentage, but I think many people prefer it, especially when it's hot! It feels so much more comfortable and airy sometimes. I usually just wear light pyjamas though.

Hmm, exact stats are hard to find for India, but globally, some surveys suggest around 10-15% of adults sleep naked regularly. My doctor once mentioned it can actually be good for skin health and regulating body temperature for better sleep quality. But hygiene is important.

Naked or not, the main thing is good sleep for your health. I used to struggle with sleep and high BP, and my doctor stressed that consistent sleep patterns are key. Don't worry too much about what others do, focus on what helps you sleep well.

I really don't have any idea about the percentage! This is such an interesting question. If you're wondering about it for health reasons, maybe ask your GP during your next check-up? They would be able to give a better perspective.

I really can't say about numbers. But just be careful with any new habit related to health. Once I tried something new with my sleep routine and it really messed up my cycle. If you're considering this for health benefits, it's always best to discuss with a doctor first, just to be safe.

Yaar, I don't know any stats, but honestly, in Mumbai's heat, who wouldn't want to sleep naked sometimes? It's all about comfort, no? Actually, I just wear a super light nighty, thoda ventilation ho jaata hai and feels good.
