What percentage of people have cavities?

I went for a dental check-up recently, and the dentist found a small cavity. It made me wonder how many people actually have cavities, like is it a very common thing or not? What's the percentage?

Haan na, I think almost everyone gets a cavity at some point in life. It's so common! My daughter just got one last month and we were so surprised because she brushes regularly. Doc said diet also plays a big role, sweets and all.

Honestly, bahot log ko hoti hai cavities, specially if u dont brush properly twice. Mere friend ko recently hua, she just used some salt water rinses for a bit but then the pain got worse so she had to go to the dentist. Better to catch it early only.

Percent toh pata nahi but I can tell you many. I ignored a small sensitivity for months thinking it's nothing, then suddenly severe pain started. Had to get a root canal. Please don't be like me, if you feel anything, just get it checked by a dentist asap.

True, cavities are very common. Regular dental check-ups are key to avoid big problems later.

Beta, teeth ka dhyan rakhna bohot zaroori hai. Pehle toh log neem datun use karte the, bahut accha hota tha. Aajkal bhi subah-shaam brush karo. Agar thoda bhi dard ho toh doctor ko dikhao, ghar pe der mat karo. Small problem can become big.

Well, exact numbers are hard to say but it's high. Best solution is simple discipline: brush twice, floss once, and don't eat too many sticky sweets. And general checkup once a year is enough for most people to catch things early and save money.
