What percentage of people get kidney stones?

My brother recently had a painful kidney stone, and it looked so uncomfortable. I'm wondering how common this issue is. What percentage of people actually get kidney stones at some point?

Beta, exact percentage toh main nahi bata sakti. Lekin haan, aajkal bahut log is takleef se guzar rahe hain. Pani kam peena, bahut spicy khana, yeh sab se hota hai. Ghar pe nimbu pani, nariyal pani bahut achha rehta hai, par agar dard ho toh doctor ko zaroor dikhao.

Hmm, I don't know the exact stats, but my cousin had them recently and it was so painful for her. I think hydration is key, and generally eating healthy. It's really scary when something like this happens suddenly, so pls take care of yourselves everyone.

Arre, I had kidney stones myself about 15 years ago. The pain was unbearable. They removed it without major surgery luckily. Nowadays, with so much awareness and better treatment, it's not as big a deal as it used to be. Just make sure to drink lots of water.

While I don't know the exact percentage, I've noticed many in my yoga groups mention issues related to kidney health. Regular yoga and pranayama, especially specific asanas, can help with general well-being and circulation, but for stones, consulting a urologist is a must.

Percentage toh I don't know, but seriously, don't just blindly follow any nuskha you read online if you suspect kidney stones. Ye koi choti moti cheez nahi hai. Get it checked by a proper doctor, they can tell you what kind of stone it is and the right treatment.

Honestly, at my age, it feels like 50% of people I know have *something* going on, whether it's BP, sugar, or kidney stones. My doctor keeps telling me to drink more water, which I try, but then I have to pee every five minutes. The joys of getting older, I guess.

Yaar, I once ignored some mild back pain thinking it was just muscle strain, and it turned out to be a small kidney stone. Luckily it passed. But lesson learned: don't ignore any persistent pain or discomfort. Better to get it checked early than to suffer later. Pls consult a doc.

Idk the percentage but kidney stones sound like another problem I don't have enough sleep for. I barely manage to drink enough water in a day. Hope I don't get them, I can't even deal with a headache properly. Must be so painful.
