What percentage of men sleep naked?

My roommate always sleeps naked, and he says it's better for his sleep. I've always worn PJs. Just wondering, what percentage of men actually sleep naked? Is it a common thing?

This is a very specific lifestyle question and not directly health-related in a medical sense. While I don't have statistics on this, comfortable sleep is important for health. If you have concerns about sleep quality or related health issues, always consult a doctor, they can give tailored advice.

The way one sleeps is very personal. What is important is to find a comfortable state for deep rest. Some find peace in less clothing, some in more. The key is to relax the body and mind. Practice gentle breathing before sleep for better rest.

This is one of those things that might sound 'weird' if you don't do it, but is actually quite normal for many people! I remember thinking it was odd when I first heard of it, but now I know it's just a preference. Don't overthink it, if it helps you sleep better, go for it!

Honestly, there probably isn't reliable data on this specific query. It's a personal preference. What matters for health is getting good quality sleep, however you choose to do it. Focus on sleep hygiene like a dark, cool room and consistent schedule.

Yaar, I don't know the percentage, but actually, many of my guy friends do it, especially in Mumbai's heat! It's just more comfortable, no? Less clothes, better sleep. What's the big deal?
