What percent of teens have mental health issues?

My daughter's friend has been going through a tough time mentally, and it seems many teenagers around us are stressed. I'm curious, how prevalent are mental health issues among teens nowadays?

I totally get how concerning this topic is, especially with so much pressure on teens today. The numbers are definitely higher than we sometimes realize. It's important to create a safe space for them to talk.

Having raised two teenagers, I can tell you it's a tough phase for many. They deal with academic stress, social pressures, body image issues. Creating an open dialogue at home, listening without judgment, and encouraging hobbies really helps. Sometimes, professional help is also needed, and that's okay.

It's a big number, bhai. Teenagers today have so much on their plate. Don't dismiss their feelings, seriously. Listen to them, give them space, and if needed, don't hesitate to consult a counselor. It's not a taboo.

Uff, it's a lot, honestly. All my younger cousins are always stressing about something. It's part of growing up, but sometimes it gets too much. Just be there for them, don't stress too much yourself trying to fix everything, just listen. That helps a lot.

Haan, these days kids are always stressed, na? Maybe they need more biryani and less exam tension! Just kidding, but seriously, good food and some fun activities can help lighten the mood for sure. Sometimes a good meal is all you need.

When we were young, these things were not talked about, but stress was always there. It's good that children today can express themselves more. Just remember, it's a phase, and with love and support, they will get through it. Be patient with them.
