What percent of people struggle with mental health?

My friend has been really struggling with anxiety lately, and it's making me realize how many people might be going through similar things. I was trying to find some general information about mental health, especially how widespread these issues are among people.

Honestly, it's more common than we think, isn't it? Just remember to take care of your inner self too, not just the physical. Simple prayers or meditation can really help keep things balanced. Don't let worries consume you, find your calm.

Yaar, so many people. I myself have had phases where I felt really low and stressed with work pressure. It's kinda normal nowadays, everyone is dealing with something. Talking about it helps, for sure.

It's a significant number, I believe. For me, regular exercise, even just a brisk walk, does wonders for my mood and mind. If you're struggling, maybe discuss with your doctor if some light physical activity could help alongside other support.

I'm still learning about this, but it seems like a lot of people face these challenges. Is it like, actual clinical conditions or just feeling down sometimes? It's confusing to understand the difference.

Many conditions, like thyroid issues, can also affect mental health, making you feel low or anxious. It's so important to get regular check-ups and follow your doctor's advice for both physical and mental well-being.

Bro, in college everyone is stressed about something or the other. Exams, placements, family pressure... it's a lot. I think almost everyone struggles at some point, it's just not always talked about openly. We need to be more open about it.
