What percent of people sleep naked?
My friends and I were having a silly discussion about sleep habits last night, and someone mentioned sleeping naked. It sounded a bit odd to me, so I'm just curious, what percentage of people actually sleep naked?

This is a very personal question, no? In our homes, we usually wear comfortable nightclothes. But people from different places have different habits. I think what matters most is that you feel comfortable and get good, deep sleep. If sleeping naked helps with that, then it is fine. Always listen to your body first for comfort.
It's an interesting question that probably has quite varied answers. Comfort is key for good sleep.
It's a matter of personal preference and comfort. What's most important is a good night's rest, however you achieve it.
Yaar, this is a fun question, haha! Actually, I think a surprising number of people probably do it, especially in hot places like ours. It's all about comfort, na? Who wants to be stuck in sweaty PJs in Mumbai's humidity? Whatever helps you sleep better, I say!

Honestly, especially in the summers here, it's probably more than you'd think! For me, sleeping naked is the only way to get truly comfortable and cool, especially if the AC isn't strong enough. It drastically improved my sleep quality because I wasn't waking up feeling sticky. Give it a try if you're comfortable, it can make a big difference to your sleep quality in hot weather.
