What pain relievers have acetaminophen?

I'm trying to find an alternative to ibuprofen for my period pain because it upsets my stomach. I heard about acetaminophen, but I don't know which brands have it. What pain relievers have acetaminophen?

Oh, many common ones have it! Like Dolo, Crocin, and even some cold & flu medicines. Always good to read the label before taking anything. 😄 Hope this helps!

Initially, I used to panic checking every medicine for ingredients. But acetaminophen is actually very common. Just check for paracetamol on the strip, it's the same thing. Don't stress too much, it's a widely used pain reliever.

Even though many medicines have it, never take it lightly. A friend of mine had an allergic reaction once. So, always confirm with your doctor or pharmacist what you're taking and if it's right for you. Don't just assume.

Bhai, most of your regular fever and pain medicines like Dolo-650, Crocin, or Calpol have acetaminophen. Just look for 'paracetamol' as the main ingredient, it's basically the same chemical. Simple.

While medicines like Dolo and Crocin contain acetaminophen, it's always best to check the exact composition on the leaflet or consult a pharmacist. Especially if you have any other health conditions or are taking other medicines. Safety first, always.
