For general tension headaches, paracetamol or ibuprofen are common go-tos. However, if your headaches are frequent, severe, or come with other symptoms, it's crucial to consult a doctor. Self-medicating long-term might mask a bigger issue.

Headaches can be so debilitating, making you feel completely unproductive and just irritable. I remember days when I couldn't even look at a screen. Sometimes just resting in a dark, quiet room helps. If not, a mild painkiller might bring relief, but if they're constant, please get it checked.

Ugh, a headache just ruins everything, especially my mood for good food! 😂 For me, a strong cup of chai and a quiet room sometimes do the trick for mild ones. If it's worse, I'll pop a paracetamol, but I really try to avoid meds if I can.

For simple headaches, sometimes rest and a warm compress on the forehead can bring relief. If you need medicine, a paracetamol is usually okay for occasional use. Hope you feel better soon.

Many headaches are due to stress or tension. Before reaching for a pill, try some gentle pranayama like anulom vilom or just deep breathing. A few minutes of quiet meditation can also be surprisingly effective. For stronger pain, a simple paracetamol usually helps, but always good to know the root cause.

Beta, for most common headaches, a paracetamol is generally safe and effective. Make sure you also check for triggers like dehydration, eye strain from screens, or lack of sleep. If the headaches are very frequent or severe, please see a doctor for proper diagnosis.

Sometimes dehydration or poor posture can cause headaches. I make sure I'm drinking enough water and take short breaks from my screen. For pain relief, a paracetamol works for me. But if it's severe, don't ignore it; see a doctor.

For a normal headache, plain paracetamol is usually sufficient. Don't go for anything too strong unless a doctor recommends it. If headaches are constant, then you need to see a doctor, not just take pills.

Headaches, the unwelcome guest that never leaves! For most common headaches, a simple paracetamol does the trick for me. If it's a migraine, then it's a whole different battle, and I usually just surrender to a dark room and the mercy of a strong cup of tea. Always check with the doc if they are too frequent.
