What pain reliever is best for back pain?

Been dealing with this lower back pain for weeks now, especially after sitting for long hours at work. I've tried a few things, but it's not going away completely. What pain reliever is generally considered best for back pain?

Listen, back pain can be really debilitating. For mild pain, sometimes a pain balm or a hot compress works wonders. If it's persistent, don't just keep popping pills. It's best to consult a physiotherapist or doctor to understand the root cause. Take care of yourself.

There are so many opinions online about back pain remedies, it's hard to know what's real. What works for one person might make it worse for another. If your back pain is more than just a minor stiffness, please see a doctor or a physio. Don't rely on random advice for something so critical.

Yaar, back pain is killer. For me, when it's mild, a good massage balm helps. If it's really bad, sometimes I take an ibuprofen, but honestly, it's better to just go to a physio. My gym trainer told me good posture and strengthening my core is key.

Back pain can be so frustrating and emotionally draining, right? It affects everything. I remember feeling so low because of it. Instead of just masking it with painkillers, please see a doctor who can guide you on proper treatment and exercises. You deserve to feel better.

Being someone with high BP, I have to be very cautious with pain relievers. Many common ones, especially NSAIDs, can raise blood pressure. For back pain, I've found gentle exercises and stretches recommended by a physiotherapist, along with regular check-ups with my doctor, work better than just pills.

For common back pain, a hot water bag and some rest usually do the trick at home. If it's too much, a simple paracetamol for a day or two can help. But if it's constant or very sharp, then it's not practical to keep taking pills, you need to see a proper doctor.
