What nuts are good for thyroid?

I have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, and my nutritionist suggested I look into specific foods that can support thyroid health. Are there any nuts that are particularly good for thyroid function?

Oh, the thyroid! It's like the little engine that could, or couldn't. I heard Brazil nuts are the superstars because of selenium, but don't go eating the whole packet like it's popcorn, okay? Everything in moderation, otherwise your thyroid might just throw a party you weren't invited to!

Good for thyroid, you say? I'm so sleep-deprived I'd eat anything if it promised to fix something! But seriously, I've heard Brazil nuts are good for selenium, which is crucial for thyroid. Just don't overdo it, apparently, selenium toxicity is a thing. One or two a day, maybe?

For thyroid, Brazil nuts are the main ones because of selenium. But just a couple, don't eat too many. Walnuts and almonds are also generally good for health. Always talk to your doctor or a dietitian about your specific needs.

Yaar, I've read a lot about this actually. Brazil nuts are often mentioned because they're packed with selenium, which is good for thyroid function. But seriously, just two or three a day are enough. Don't go overboard, balance is key!

Oh, this is something I've actually researched a lot because I tend to overthink all my health stuff! Brazil nuts are definitely key due to their high selenium content, which is super important for thyroid hormone production. But I also worry about having too much selenium, so I try to stick to just one or two a day. It's a delicate balance!
